HARTMANN HydroTac

The slight adhesive effect makes it easier to use by pre-fixing it to the skin. For permanent fixation, suitable products should be used, such as hypoallergenic adhesive plasters or bandages.

Foam dressing with a mesh-like hydrogel layer on the wound side and a water vapor-permeable, liquid- and germ-proof polyurethane cover film. The absorbent foam quickly absorbs excess wound exudate without drying out the wound. in relatively dry wounds, the hydrogel releases moisture and supports the formation and maintenance of a moist wound environment, promoting granulation and epithelialization. The wound dressing is soft and supple, has good cushioning properties, and can be removed with minimal pain. Available in various designs and sizes.
