HARTMANN HydroTac® is an advanced hydrophilic foam dressing with an integrated hydrogel layer, designed for optimal moist wound care. It is ideal for the treatment of moderately to heavily exuding wounds and actively supports the natural healing process.

Thanks to its unique combination of absorbent polyurethane foam and moisture-donating hydrogel, HydroTac® reliably regulates the wound environment: excess exudate is absorbed while dry wounds are simultaneously supplied with moisture. This promotes granulation and epithelialization and can significantly reduce pain during dressing changes.
