Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Post/DHL/UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. We will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

International delivery is regulated by EXW, Incoterms 2010. Any dates quoted for delivery of the goods are approximate only and the store shall not be deemed to be in delay in delivery of the goods unless actual delivery of goods occurs later than four weeks from the quoted approximate delivery date and having received the Buyer’s written notification. The buyer shall comply with all laws governing the importation of the goods into the country of destination.

As delivery option, you have two options:

• Standard International Delivery by Post/DHL (duration 3-11 business days, depending on the country and distance)
• Express International Delivery by DHL / TNT / UPS (duration 1-7 business days, depending on the country and distance)

The delivery rates depend on the weight of the consignment (package)

When you importing, involves additional costs such as fees and customs. The amount of costs is regulated by the customs authorities in your country.
