V-MEDTECH ships medical, laboratory and measurement technology from Germany to customers worldwide. We work with established postal, parcel, express and freight carriers to provide a suitable shipping option depending on the destination, size, weight and urgency of your order.
Shipping costs are calculated individually based on the delivery country, package dimensions, weight and selected shipping method. The available shipping options and their exact costs are displayed during the ordering process after the delivery address has been entered.

We supply customers in Germany, throughout Europe and in many international markets.
Depending on the destination and shipment, delivery is made by postal service, parcel carrier, DHL, UPS or an appropriate freight forwarding company.

Economy Shipping
Economy Shipping is intended primarily for small and lightweight shipments where the lowest possible shipping cost is preferred.

Standard Shipping
Standard Shipping is our regular parcel shipping option for most orders.

Suitable for: most standard parcel shipments
The available carrier and exact shipping cost are determined according to the destination, dimensions and weight of the shipment.
Express Shipping
Express Shipping is available for customers who require faster delivery.
Weight: generally up to 20 kg
Carrier: DHL Express, UPS or another suitable express carrier
Estimated transit time: approximately 1–5 working days
Suitable for: urgent and time-sensitive orders
Availability and transit time depend on the destination country and the selected express service.
Pallet and Freight Shipping
Large, heavy or bulky medical and laboratory equipment may require shipment by freight forwarder.
Weight: typically for shipments over 30 kg or products requiring pallet transport
Carrier: professional freight forwarding company
Delivery: pallet or freight shipment
Transit time: depends on destination, shipment size and selected freight service
Where freight shipping is required, the available option will be shown during the ordering process or coordinated individually with the customer.
Shipping Using Your Own Carrier Account
Business customers may also arrange transport using their own DHL, UPS or other carrier account where technically possible.
After the order has been prepared, we can provide the package dimensions and weight required for shipment. The customer then provides the appropriate shipping documents or collection instructions.

Delivery Times
The delivery times stated for our shipping methods are estimated transit times and may vary depending on destination, carrier and customs processing.
Product availability and dispatch information are shown on the respective product page or communicated during order processing.
For products that are not immediately available from stock, additional procurement or preparation time may apply.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping information and, where available, a tracking number.
Delivery times may be extended by weekends, public holidays, customs procedures, remote delivery locations or circumstances outside the carrier's and our reasonable control.
International Shipping
V-MEDTECH supplies customers in numerous countries worldwide.
For international orders, the available shipping methods depend on the destination, shipment size, weight and applicable carrier services.
Deliveries within the European Union
For deliveries within the European Union, the shipping costs applicable to the selected destination are displayed during the ordering process.
Tax treatment depends on the delivery country, customer type and applicable tax regulations.
Deliveries outside the European Union
Shipments to destinations outside the European Union may be subject to customs clearance, import duties, import taxes and other local charges.
Where applicable, international shipments may be supplied under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. Under DAP, import duties, import taxes, customs clearance charges and other destination-country charges are generally payable by the recipient unless explicitly stated otherwise during the ordering process.
These charges are imposed by the destination country and are not controlled by V-MEDTECH.
Customers are responsible for checking any applicable import requirements, taxes, duties or restrictions in their country before ordering.
Customs and Import Requirements
Medical and laboratory products may be subject to country-specific import regulations.
For international shipments, customers are responsible for ensuring that the ordered products may legally be imported and used in the destination country.
Where required for customs clearance, we provide the commercial shipping documentation associated with the order.
Additional documents or country-specific certifications that are not part of the standard product documentation should be clarified with us before placing the order.
Packaging and Handling
We carefully package every shipment to protect the products during transportation.
Appropriate packaging materials are selected according to the size, weight and sensitivity of the products. Large or heavy equipment may be secured on pallets for transportation by freight forwarder.
Our objective is to ensure that medical, laboratory and measurement equipment reaches its destination safely and in proper condition.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.
Once the shipment has been dispatched, we provide shipment information and a tracking number whenever tracking is available from the selected carrier.
Tracking availability may differ for certain postal, freight or special shipping services.
Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your shipment for visible transport damage when it is delivered.
If a parcel or pallet arrives visibly damaged, please document the damage whenever possible and contact us promptly so that we can assist you with the next steps.
Please retain the original packaging until the matter has been clarified.
